Below is our Christmas menu for 2008, we will be running the menu on the 24th (18:00-23:00) and 25th (12:00-14:00 / 18:00-23:00) of December 2008.

Quail egg tartlet
First Course…
Terrine of confit lamb shoulder and rosemary le ratte potatoes with a mint salad and preserved lemon dressing
Fresh and smoked salmon rillettes with warm toasts and herbs
Oven roasted tomato and thyme soup with garlic croutons
Then something to refresh you…
Lime and lemongrass sorbet
Main Course…
Roasted turkey breast, pistachio & lemon stuffing, sausage & smoked bacon, roasted potatoes, traditional vegetables, cranberry & bread sauces
Pan roasted King fish fillet with a bacon rosti, baked root vegetables and a red wine jus
House made roasted vegetable cannelloni with a wholegrain mustard sauce
Dessert…
Traditional fruit Christmas pudding served with a cognac and winter spice ice cream
Vanilla bean pannacotta, with wild blueberries, passion fruit coulis
Warm milk chocolate brownie with basil ice cream, chocolate soil and basil oil
