Menu Phangan - Deluxe New Years Eve Menu 2008/2009 Clear chicken and saffron consommé with poached free range chicken, coriander and shitake mushrooms * Seared Japanese tuna loin with wasabi dressed leaves and ‘Boundary Bend’ estate extra virgin olive oil * Charentais melon and rosewater granita with apple crisps * Pan roasted Australian grain fed beef sirloin with confit potato and spinach puree and a red wine and shallot sauce * Textures of chocolate Milk chocolate milkshake, Bitter chocolate tart, chocolate soil, frozen white chocolate marquise and minted chocolate ice cream 5 Courses 1.100.- Thai Baht (Service Charge not included!)
